Only mistake I see is the Fairy is spelled wrong in the name which has already been pointed out.

Background, ahh, the background >.<.

Duplicate the background layer, take the buttom of that layer, put like a 25% + gaussian blur on it, then on the top one, set the picture mode to multiply, it should make the background look smexy spexy =)

Take out the comma in the last sentence, good pic, change level to 2. Grammar problems. Spell Fairy right in the card name. 7/10

I'd say that this is a more balanced version of Lily, since you're limiting the LP payment to 2000.

Like everyone else said, correct "Fiary" in the card name to "Fairy" and I'd like to build on J-max's edit;

 

"During the Damage Step you can pay Life Points in multiples of 1000 (max. 2000 Life Points) to increase the ATK of this card by the same amount until the end of the Damage Step."

 

Overall, like I said in the beginning, more balanced than Lily. Nice job! 8.4/10.0
