From now on, anyone who does/doesn't post in a thread that is breaking the rules, and, doesn't report it. (I'm not saying post in the thread) Will receive a 10% warning, get two of those, and you will receive a permanent 10% warning. If you post in a thread breaking the rules, be it no image credit, or no IMG tags, etc... and you don't report it, you will receive a 10% warning. How hard is that to understand? CC has been filled with Spam for too long now, We tried to be nice at the beginning but the Spam didn't slow down. Of course Card Making is fun and i'm always happy to see a good thread but that is around 1/30 at the moment. I want it at a more 1/5 maybe even 1/3 if we're Lucky. But the spam mentioned and insinuated in this thread is away from the obvious. Ok, so a thread doesn't have a Image Credit. Warnings isn't really needed, just PM or remind them somewhere in the thread. Albeit, out of respect for that member you rate their card as well. Maybe bold the warnings so its more visible. Or when a newbie doesn't post their card assuming the CardMakers link works, (which it does to some degree but doesn't stay beneath the hour). Simple lock, and understanding PM. Anything else is a simple decision.Of course repeated offenders (maybe 3 or more) can be warned. But do you remember the targeted audience for this site? 7-11yrs old. How can they really know better? It takes 10 for a 3 Day ban anyway. they'll either learn after 2 Warnings or don't post cards again.
