Jamief - Great Balance!! Not to easy to summon, good effect, not too over powered.

Lookfun - A little off-balanced and too easy to summon, but good enough to win!

J-Max - Great pic, but it's not what i'm judging on, it's a little over balanced, but none the less, 3rd!

and Last, but not least, Pikachu - A little too overpowered(effect-wise) grammar, and that's it.

The field of colourfull fire

When this card is activated, assign 1 Attribute to each of your Monster Card Zones (each Zone must be assigned a different Attribute). Any Attribute and effect assigned to 1 of your Monster Card Zones is also assigned to your opponent's Monster Card Zone in the same column. When a monster is Summoned, it's Attribute is treated as the Attribute assigned to the Zone it is Summoned in. If a monster is Summoned in a Zone that is assigned the same Attribute as the monster, the monster is treated as having the Attribute not assigned to a Zone. Each of your Monster Card Zones gain the appropriate effect (counting from your left):

- Monster Zone 1: Halve the ATK of the monster. The monster can attack the opponent directly.

- Monster Zone 2: Increase the ATK & DEF of the monster by 200 X the Level of the monster.

- Monster Zone 3: The monster cannot be destroyed by battle. If it is targetted by an effect controlled by your opponent destroy it.

- Monster Zone 4: The monster is switched to Defense Position and it's battle position cannot be changed. During each of the owner's Standby Phases, inflict damage to their opponent equal to half the DEF of the monster.

- Monster Zone 5: If the monster is used in a Tribute Summon, you can count it as 2 Tributes instead of 1.

 

My Goal with this card was to completely change the way a Duel is played. Making it a little more like a Board Game. Been a while since I used this card as well. Never entered it into a contest.[/align]

allcaps is annoying.

and you can't ban reserves. That would be against the rules :q

If a chain is activated while this card is on the field, deal damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of cards involved in the chain x300. This card can declare an attack during your opponent's Battle Phase. If it does, it cannot attack during your next Battle Phase.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Discard up to 3 card from your Hand to destroy up to 3 face-up Spell or Trap Cards on the Field. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle your opponent randomly selects 1 card in your Hand and discards it. Discard all card in your Hand to Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard, you cannot use this effect if there is no card in your Hand.

This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by discarding 2 Level 4 monsters. Your opponent cannot negate this cards effect or attack. If you Special Summon this card, your opponent can only draw a card every 2 Draw Phases (except by card effects.) Once per turn, if this card is selected as an attack target by a Fiend, Fairy, Rock or Plant-Type monster, you can pay 500 Life Points to return the attacking monster to your opponent's hand and negate the attack and place 2 Gnome Counters on this card. Once this card has exactly 4 Gnome Counters on it, Special Summon up to 3 Fiend-Type monsters with "Gnome" in it's name from your Graveyard. Once this card is destroyed, neither player can Special Summon monsters or declare an attack against a Fiend-Type monster for 3 turns.

 

This card proves that low level monsters can be powerful too.
