Although I don't think we need another Fusion for Red-Eyes and Summoned Skull (they seem to have lost their luster a bit), I think it would play well.

 

Possibly OP'd (Lv 5 monster could be only monster on opponent's field, opening him up for 1400 Direct Damage from this guy PLUS whatever other monsters you control PLUS the 900 damage from Standby Phase... Ouch.)
