If not everyone has their cards in by today, I will push the date to tomorrow. This is just a bit awkward for me because I live in New Jersey and they're having the teacher's convention yesterday and today, so to me, it feels like the weekend. I know everyone else has school, though, so take your time.

Here's my entry :D

[spoiler=effect] This monster cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot be Tributed, except for the Tribute Summon of a Fairy-Type monster.

Once per turn, flip a coin. If heads, the controller of this card draws 2 cards from their Deck. If tails, control of this card shifts and the new controller of this card draws 1 card from their Deck.

Yeah, I just heard that, too. :( He's an awesome member. I guess we'll just have to continue without him. I've decided to let the three of you into the next round because we have already lost 2 contestants. The 4th story will be up by tomorrow, maybe sooner. The cards will be due by Wednesday, 11/12. I will judge the cards just to show you how you all did. Please stand by...

wow this was a tough one, but I think this will do :)

[spoiler=effect]Once per turn, special summon 1 Fish Token (WATER attribute, 1 star, Fish-Typed, ATK/0, DEF/0) in face-up defense position to the field. For each Fish Token on the field, decrease all FIRE attribute monsters ATK by 500. When this face-up monster is sent from the field to the Graveyard, place 1 Sorrow Counter on 1 monster on the field (A monster with a Sorrow Counter(s) cannot declare an attack against a Fish Token).

[spoiler=card lore]This card can only be equipped to a "Mermaidian Warrior" you control. During each of your opponents Battle Phases while "Mermaidian Warrior" is equipped with this card you can negate one attack from a FIRE attribute monster. By sending one "Mermaidian Warrior" on your side of the field equipped with this card to the Graveyard, negate the attack of one FIRE attribute monster and destroy it.
