Discarding cards from your hand is usually bad yet LV and PWWB are still ran.

There are 7 cards in here that rely on monsters being in the grave.

There are 19 cards in here that get monsters in the grave.

There is 1 card in here that gets monsters into the deck for a +1.

It seems quite balanced, and the fact is it works.

I do actually like PoA in Lightsworn. It's generally easy enough to get 4 different Lightsworn in the graveyard that Pot shouldn't interfere too much, and recycling Wulves, (or Judgements if you don't have a Beckoning on hand) can be a big help. In addition to that, Lightsworn expends hand advantage very quickly. It can really help to turn that one card into two.

And if it's early game or whatever and you don't want to activate it, jsut discard it with Lumina, etc.

With 3 Charges, you definitely don't need to be running triple Lyla, Lumina's pretty much fine at 2 as well, though you still might want to bump her up one.

-1 Ehren

-1 E-Con

-2 Monster Reincarnation

-3 Compulsary Evacuation Device

+2 Garoth

+2 Beckoning Light

+2 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast

+1 Honest
