acually getting cards from your graveyard with light ruler is very good so you can you limited cards like monster reborn or magic cylinder and reuse it as with the dark ruler is more vulnerable because once it attacks twice it goes in defense mode and cannot change except a card effect until the end of your next turn and it cannot protect itself when your opponent uses brain control or mark of the rose to take the dark ruler. all arcanas are good when they are used well. so the conclusion is that the dark ruler is used to OTK and the light ruler is used for recycling. if i had to choose i choose both. both equally strong and both have awsome effects.

1-)Once it attacks twice, thers a very high chance you already won.

2-)Hey admirald, people usually choose 1 card when they are asked to choose. And its usually the better one.

3-)They are not both equally strong

well you can win if your opponent has no monsters then you might win unless your opponent has magic cylinder and draining shield out to use against it. you'll just take 4000 while your opponent gains 4000. so if you are going for the one turn kill be sure that their are no card on your opponents side of the field before attacking. and if by some reason it is destroyed chain it with reversal of fate so that when dark ruler gets destroyed all cards are destroyed. then when you get enough monsters to sacrificesummon light ruler to destroy a monster to return dark ruler to your hand so you can use him again. the you have 2 massive monsters instead on relying on just one card.

As said Dark Rules and World are the only good ones.

The only other ons that is "decent" is Fool.

Also Dark Ruler is mathematically better then Light Ruler.

Dark Ruler>Light Ruler

dark ruler and light ruler both have 4000 ATK and DEF. how is dark ruler have more power than the light ruler?

8000 > 4000

Field Nuke > 4000

Arcana Force as a whole are terrible. The few broken ones are greatly outweighed by their terrible support and other terrible monsters.

Not really. You just can't put them in a deck all together. You put them in decks where their effects are positive no matter what you get.

Anyways, can someone stop arguing with the mentally challenged person and tell me how useful Magician would be in a Cureburn?

I'd love to hear whatever horrible excuses for deck ideas you have. I bet it involves placing The Moon in Ameba-Burn or something equally stupid that you thought was somehow clever.

Yup, horrible. Just as predicted.

Cureburn has far better options than The Magician.

nope your the one mentally challenged.

everyone has given good examples why the Dark Ruler is good and Light Ruler is bad and you still don't get it.

let me take a whack at explaining it to him, i have worked with his kind before.

you have to remember, when you summon something like this, there will be no next turn if you have done it the way it is expected to be done.

you go all out to clear their field, and attack with dark ruler twice to win.

the light ruler can not do that, and therefore is not strong enough to be compared to dark ruler as equal.

"I'M RUBBER, YOU'RE GLUE, BOUNCES OFF ME AND STICKS TO YOU" didn't work back when you were in first grade, and it certainly doesn't work now.

Asking How Something Would Do =/= Thinking It's Some Clever Idea

I tried to give the card some sort of purpose instead of simply saying it sucked even if it pretty much did because a crappy suggestion is better than simply sayings sucks.

Terrible suggestions might cause some poor fool to actually take your advice, which would make his deck worse. Saying that the card is terrible, which it is, will convince people not to use it. Thus, a terrible suggestion is worse than admitting that these are bad cards.

There is nothing wrong with calling a bad card bad. All cards are not created equal, and some just plain suck. To say otherwise is to delude oneself.

o i c wut u did thar

I'm not up on the precise phrasing of pathetic attempts at comebacks. Tell me, oh wise one, what miraculous clause can be inserted here to make something that is essentially a long way of saying "NO U" somehow become clever and effective?

I figured I should've at least said what could've made it most effective. I didn't feel like saying it sucks afterwards, because I figures that was kind of obvious. That person making a discussion about that card sort of showed that he didn't play well anyways.

glad u notticed

I wouldn't say adding "WHATEVER YOU SAY" after the second comma would make it clever and witty exactly, but it would at least have the sentence make sense.

It doesn't make it any less lame, however.

But since we're on the topic anyhow, let's see all the terrible uses of Arcana Force negative effects:

The Magician - Cureburn.

The Empress - None (it doesn't activate Dark World).

The Emperor - None.

The Lovers - None.

The Chariot - None.

Temperance - Pro anti-Gorz tech. Nah, I'm joking. None.

The Moon - Ameba-Burn.

The World - None.

Only two have any alternate use at all, and both are obviously horrible. Not much more to say here.

all right we are now off task. now let's drop the insults and criticsisms and talk about what the topic is about which is the entire arcana force instead which of the 4000 attack monster is better. let's all agree to disagree and get back to our lives.

It has already been firmly established that the Arcana Force series is absolutely awful as a whole.

We already came to the conclusion that Arcana Force are terrible.

For the most part, their effects are complete opposites and the only way to make them not a complete crapshoot would be to main stuff like second coin toss, Reversal of Fate, or Light Barrier, and even then those cards are straight up -1s.
