Notice the word cannot in there? Other than that, pretty bad OCG actually, but it's something most people can improve on...Good images, and not overpowered or underpowered effects. 8/10, OCG let you down. bluefire1179 Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 not the best OCG. I think that Dread Hero- Dragon Mark is overpowered. If you can place 1 Star counter and remove 1 star counter per turn, you lock your opponent from drawing and shut them down, which in the motion of the game is completely unfair.Consider changing the "Once per turn" effects to "When this card is Summoned..." effects.
