You have the exact same number of cards in your hand, and you don't have to go through a stupid situational combo to get it. Heraklinos - Wins tournaments, game-ending effect, major attack, pretty easy to summon. This card - puny attack and defense, not played at all, mediocre effect, harder to summon, not worth the effort. This card deserves to be a common. Tongue Twister = FAIL.
