The only thing CyDra really has over Vice Dragon is aggressive attacking abilities after it has been Special Summoned. Vice Dragon lacks this unless Skill Drain is out. Way to stick to your guns Judgment Dragon. Vice Dragon wins because control > power, DARK > LIGHT and Dragon > Machine in the Meta right now. For me this is a no-brainer.
