Okay, here's my tiebreaker card.

If the card is a Spell or Trap Card, it is immediately Set face-down in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone. If all of your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zones are full, the card is removed from play instead. Increase the ATK of all Psychic-Type monsters on your side of the field by 200 points for every Set Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field.
