Astro Dude
This isn't something that has been talked about. This is an idea that I came up with a few minutes ago. A new game that'll take you back to Pokemon's past. I call it Pokemon 3-d collection. It's a game for the Wii that's 4 discs (one for each generation). Here's the rundown: Disc 1: You can play Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, the Pokemon TCG for GB Color and Pokemon Stadium. The cool thing is you can play each of these games in 3-d. Imagine playing as a 3-d version of your trainer. Pokemonm battles beautifully rendered in 3-d. I know it's been done before but not quite like this. Plus, when you access the pokedex, you can see them in 3-d, hear their cries, compare height and weight, etc. Plus the guys at Nintendo might make an adapter-pack (If you still have Red Blue and Yellow). Disc 2: You can Play Pokemon Gold, Silver, Crystal and Pokemon Stadium 2. (Gold Silver and Crystal you can play in 3-d). Disc 3: Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen and Emerald (In 3-d), Colloseum and XD. Disc 4: Diamond, Pearl and Platinum (In 3-d). Before you all slam this idea, think about it for a while. Do you want the next 3-d Pokemon game to be better than Battle Revolution? Think about it. Sure, it had the battles and the trainer customization, but there was no plot, no mini-games, there wasn't even a Gym Leader Castle (That I miss the most). Let me know what you think. DSS
Pokemon Revolution was BAD...to play that you needed either pokemon pearl or diamondsame goes for Stadiumand 3D pokemon = bad...why change the 2d sprites into 3d...the thing i like about pokemon games is that they are 2dPokemon TCG from the GBC was as bad as the TCG dragon ball from the gba it is just. If they whould make that to 3D it whould be like playing yugioh games from the GCand i don't like to play Zelda Style Pokemon
Cin
Thing is XD and Colosseum are already available for play on the Wii. (Since GC is already compat....I prefer a cross of them with XD's ability to go to Miror B and the chamber, which Colo's Under and the ability to get Ho-Oh (albut easier)). Battle Revolution lacked the story feature of XD and Colo (that's the reason I didn't get it) I believe Umbra was being sarcastic, its a nice idea, but some of the later games are semi-3d if you know what I mean, not as 'flat' as the previous gens. Astro Dude
I just figured most of us would like a 3-d Pokemon game that had a story, like XD and Colo. And to see the Gym Leaders in 3-d too. That would be a first.
Skuldur
why ruin such a good thing like the old pokemon games with lousy 3-D
MasterOfMagicians
You do realize they have various pokemon 3D games right? From Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2 to Pokemon Collusseum to the newest Pokemon Revolution.Just because they aren't the best doesn't mean they aren't the same.Nobody is going to buy 4 disks to play the same story lines in 3D. Now if you added a bunch of new things, and maybe a 5th Generation of pokemon, then you might have something there, but not 5 disks. Now, if you had all regions, all pokemon, and all that good stuff, all pokemon leagues, all badges, time events, and such, you'd be doing well, but that will take an entire computer to play, not just a system. Astro Dude
That could be a good idea. The trainer can travel from Sinnoh to Hoenn and to Jhoto and Kanto by boat. Speaking of 3-d, since Holograms are starting to become a reality, maybe there will be pokemon holograms. That could be something to look forward to. And if at all possible, this game could have VR capabilities as well. That could be something too.
Lazer Yoshi
Well, maybe if you could have your own Custom Character, start out in the Region you want, and visit all Regions, even tons of new ones as well, with even MORE Pokemon. However, the Gameplay should stay EXACTLY like the Old Ones, just with a 3-D Effect and Battlefield. It'd be really cool ^_^

Zeroshot
That could be a good idea. The trainer can travel from Sinnoh to Hoenn and to Jhoto and Kanto and Orre by boat. Speaking of 3-d' date=' since Holograms are starting to become a reality, maybe there will be pokemon holograms. That could be something to look forward to. And if at all possible, this game could have VR capabilities as well. That could be something too.[/quote'] Your forgot the Orre Region. Orre is a region too. No, your idea is no, but sadly, this is what will happen to pokemon in later years.

Plus, I hoped to put in another Pokedex. With all 493 pokemon, even Shaymin and Arceus (in all it's types). That could be a good idea. Orre is a region too. No, your idea is no, but sadly, this is what will happen to pokemon in later years. Orre dosen't count. You only get to capture Shadow Pokemon, any wild is reduced and your starter is an Eevee in XD. Ash never visited the Orre region. I suppose I should include Puzzle League and Puzzle Challenge.
