Now a general information to everyone, [b']please don't repeat suggestions which have already been made again and again[/b]. We got the moderator thing, there is no need to dig it out on every page and we gave out our suggestions for potential candidates, however, I can't assure you that anything will happen. If no other General mod gets appointed, I will raise my activity.

I also believe everyone got your opinion about Sushi, stop picking at him and concentrate on making suggestions which haven't been uttered yet.

 

Sorry, I like being formal when it comes to important things such as this.

 

Anyway, I do have one question. How many total images are we allowed to put into a single post? I'd like to know becasue my friend is starting up his own MyBB Board and we are running into some snag with image posting. It's only allowing us 10 images in a post. I'd like to know YCM's settings for this.

Obviously its alot more then 10, since people have like 75 Set of Cards.

Hey, I have an idea. :]

We should have more forum events, that are hosted mainly by the staff, not by the members. Events hosted by the staff of YCM will attract more attention to the event, and with the authority of the staff member(s), the event(s) will have a high probability of success.

 

Also, my definition of an event is a fun activity, that any member can join.

 

And fun activities, will easily lighten up the serious atmosphere around here.

I liked Raven's idea of having something on the 2 year anniversary of YCM.

Really, if you think about it, the only things we could hold, are card contests and graphic design contests..

I have been working on a "... of the month" idea lately, but it seems that it will only be instaured in the General section. Handing out prizes according to the number of posts would indeed promote more spamming, but I was thinking about something... else.:P

That anniversary idea would theoretically work, but I noticed some flaws about it. It's still getting discussed for now.

Oh, and make warnings permanent.

 

That way, they can't just wait out their warning for a while, and then just continue to spam once their warning level has gone done.

 

Or just get rid of the warning system completely and ban members for repeated offenses normally. Either way works.

No, this is a fail idea.

 

It was just promote more spamming.

 

I like the idea but you are right.

 

You only like the idea because you already spam and have a high post count.
