Skarlet
Vanity's Ruler's effect would not prevent me from activating cards that state that my opponent can summon correct? E.G. Gilasuarus, and would thus be quite abusable am I correct in this statement?
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Necrovalley: If "Necrovalley" is on the field, you can Special Summon "Gilasaurus" using its effect, but the effect that lets your opponent Special Summon is negated. Although the context is slightly different, I believe the result is the same.
Guest
Correct, but a combo requiring a two-tribute monster that can't be Special Summoned and that brings such minor benefit can hardly be considered "abusable".
Skarlet
disagree, in the long run it could be quite abusable, gils, and some other cards make this quite versitile

Guest
If you can think of a decent strategy that uses this, tell me and I'll unlock this topic. But there just aren't all that many Special Summon effects whose downsides are that the opponent also has the option of Special Summoning. Here's another one: Familiar Knight.
