Brittle Ice
Here goes my Round 2 entry and my newest card: [spoiler=The Effect]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:•Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your field. Each time a Spell or Trap Card is destroyed, put 1 Darkness Counter on this card (max. 5). For each Darkness Counter on this card, all DARK monsters on your field gain 100 ATK. Each time a DARK monster is sent to the Graveyard, your opponent takes 100 damage x number of Darkness Counters on this card. If this card is sent to the Graveyard with 5 Darkness Counters on it, add 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand.

Skuldur
If it's okay i think i'll use the card from the other contest EFFECT: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by destroying 1 face-up Spell Card on your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned, you can send up to 4 Continuous Spell Cards from your Deck to the Graveyard. This card gains 200 ATK for every Continuous Spell Card in your Graveyard. You can remove 1 Continuous Spell Card in your Graveyard from play to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can remove 2 Continuous Spell Cards in your Graveyard from play to return this card to the top of your Deck. ╬「Selatcia」╬
[spoiler=Effect]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:• If this card loses ATK by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls, all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to the decrease. If this card is selected as an attack target, place 1 Fearless Counter on it (max 5). During your Battle Phase, if this card has 5 Fearless Counters on it, this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. If you use this effect, remove all Fearless Counters from this card and remove it from play until your next Main Phase.

Brittle Ice
Here go my cards:[spoiler=The Cards] [spoiler=Silver Rose Diety] This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Fairy-Type monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, send all Monster Cards on the field to the Graveyard (except this card). In addition, as long as this card remains face-up, any Summoned monster is sent to the Graveyard, except Fusion Monsters. By discarding 1 card from your hand, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard. During the turn you used this effect, negate the effect of all Effect Monsters in both player's Graveyard. Skuldur
wow Ned those cards are seriously OPed except the Fusion 1st one is a permanent Macro Cosmos which your opponent can do next to nothing about 2nd one destroys all monsters summoned and it can't even use it's effect since when it's summoned all monsters on the field are destroyed. Errr...NO!First one removes monsters from play if it is in the Graveyard. That's OP-ed? O_-And opponent can just remove this card from play and cancel its effect. Soul Release for example?Second one allowes only Fusion Monsters to be Summoned. Since it has 0 ATK you can't really do much damage to opponent. And I edited that part...I thought I wrote that it destroys all monsters, but itself. And it needs 3 Fairies removed from play.;)

╬「Selatcia」╬
[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Summoned except by the effect of a Spell Card you control. This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, by discarding 2 Trap Cards from your hand, this card cannot be selected as an attack target until the next Battle Phase. If this card is targeted by the effect of a Spell Card controlled by your opponent, you can return this card to your hand to negate the activation of the Spell Card and destroy it. You cannot Summon this card during the turn it was returned to your hand. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 700 Life Points to have your opponent shuffle this face-up card into his/her Deck. If your opponent draws this face-up card, he/she must discard a number of cards from his/her Deck equal to the number of Cards in his/her hand -1. This effect can only be used once in the Duel. If this effect is used, remove this card from play. [spoiler=Effect]As long as this card remains in your Deck, all Machine-Type monsters on your field gain 300 ATK and DEF. This card is unaffected by the effects of Monster Cards your opponent controls. If you draw this card during your Draw Phase, you can pay 800 Life Points to remove it from play and draw 1 card from your Deck. During the next Draw Phase after this effect's activation, return this card to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled. This effect can only be used once in the Duel. If this card is in your hand outside of your Draw Phase, Summon it to your field in face-up Attack Position. As long as this card is on the field, it's original ATK is doubled. [spoiler=Effect]"Infiltrator Unit - C4M0FL4U63" + "Stealth Unit - D45H3R"This card cannot be Summoned except by removing the above Fusion Material Monsters on your field from play (You do not use "Polymerization"). When this card is Summoned successfully, destroy all Machine-Type monsters you control (except this card). This card cannot attack during the turn it was Summoned. During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 Invisibility Counter on this card (max. 3). This card cannot be selected as an attack target if there is an Invisibility Counter on it. All monsters your opponent controls gain 200 ATK and 400 DEF each time an Invisibility Counter is placed on this card. During your Battle Phase, if this card has 3 Invisibility Counters on it, you can remove all Invisibility Counters from this card. If you do, this card can attack your opponent directly. Each time this effect is used, this card loses 200 ATK and DEF. If this card's ATK and DEF reach 0 this way, destroy this card.
