Electric GeneratorSpell / ContinousDuring each Standby Phase, place one Electric Counter on this card. Increase the ATK of all face-up Thunder-Type monster on the field by 800. Electric MongoleThunder / Effect Level 4ATK / 1800 DEF / 500When this card attacks, you can remove up to five Electric Counter(s) from a face-up "Electric Generator" to have this card gain 100 ATK for each Counter removed. Increase the ATK of all face-up Thunder-Type monsters on your side of the field by 500. Electric Thunder ShockwaveSpell / Quick PlaySpecial Summon one level four or lower Thunder-Type monster from your Hand or Deck. Thunder StormSpell / FieldThis card cannot be Destroyed by a card effect. All Thunder-Type monsters on the field gain 500 ATK and DEF. This card gains the appropriate effect(s) equal to the number of Electric Counters on a face-up "Electric Generator" you control.*1-You can remove 1 Electric Counter from a face-up "Electric Generator" to destroy all face-up non Thunder-Type monsters.*2-Field Spell cards cannot be activated. moneypony Posted May 7, 2009 Report Share Posted May 7, 2009 Thunderstorm needs to be destroyed somehow I am pretty sure there are lots of other ways to destroy a field spell other than activating another field spell. Electric Generator has no cost and increases ATK by a ton,effectively making a thunder-type with only 1300 ATK too high ATK for it's level and can be easily abused with DNA SurgeryMongole is overpowered,it has 2300 with no bad effects for a level 4,with the exception of skill drain and plasmaShockwave is much too overpowered,there is no cost to it at all.Thunderstorm increases the already high increase of monsters,draw at least one of all these cards you made on the first turn and you get a field like this:Mongole 1800 + 500 + 500 +500 + 800 = 4100 ATKMongole 1800 + 500 + 500 +500 + 800 = 4100 ATKElectric GeneratorThunder Storm(next turn) non-thunder type monster field wipe i know you were going for a beatstick theme but a 4 card move that can get 2 monsters with over 4000 ATK is too much even for beatsticks Link to comment

Because beatdowns are perfectly balanced at level 4 with 2300 ATK and no harmful effects w/o Skill Drain/PlasmaLevel 6 would be fine at 2800 ATK with no harmful effects because it's a beatdownLevel 8 would be fine at 3500 ATK Link to comment
