Demonic Roaring God Rulee

Recommended Posts

This + CoSR = Almost Sinister Serpent.

What mechanism returns him to your hand?

Brionac.

Of course' date=' a 3-card double Night Assailant is nowhere in the same league as double Night Assailant.

[/quote']

Actually, it's still a two-card combo, unless you're counting the materials for Brionac.

Hold on, would Rulee be Special Summoned in the middle of resolving Brionac?

This + COSR + Brionac (or rather, Brionac's materials) is not just two cards.

Why would you need CoSR?

Brionac's effect has a discard cost. Without COSR, you're not gaining any advantage through the loop.

You discard Rulee for Brionac's effect, Rulee is Special Summoned, you withdraw Rulee with Brionac's resolution.

CoSR is unnecessary, unless my ruling happens to be wrong.

Brionac targets. Doesn't work.

But even if Brionac didn't target, it still generates nothing without COSR. Before and after the chain, you have Brionac on the field and one Rulee in your hand. It does not provide discard fodder for other effects, unlike 2 Night Assailant.

Right...

Maybe there's a Mist Valley something that returns?

Just kidding.

So if i understand well : brionac, dragon of the ice boundary + card of safe return + 2 demon roar god rulie = draw your deck. I don't know what to do after this but still.

What's good about this is that :

1. brionac is the god of synchro.

2. cosr isn't a bad card.

3. rulie will probably be a staple in demon roar deck and isn't a bad card to run. just like night assailant back in the days.

So the loop while not easy to acheive is possible and will be a good feature to this type of deck when they get more support.

I expected you to know such a thing...

He tries to activate as soon as he is discarded, but can't and has to wait for the chain to resolve, then he activates and resolves.

And this 3-card combo is more than just a double Night Assailant + Brionac.

It allows you to draw/discard through your entire deck, as long as you've got a s/t to set for Brionac to bounce when Rulee is in your hand.

Well, well, looks like Brionac Loop is back!
