touzaikokon
Thought I'd give a quick preview in pop culture to a Kirby Set I'm working on. The set revolves around taking control of an opponent's monsters with Kirby and then using them to Synchro off for some powerful monsters. Most of the Kirby cards involve a cost or waiting for counters to pile up, and there are even a few that go back to the Extra Deck to get you your Kirby back. Here are the first 7 cards: [spoiler=Card Lore: Ice Kirby]"Kirby" + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monstersIf this card attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, destroy the monster immediately with this card's effect without flipping it face-up or applying damage calculation. This effect is not active the turn this card is Synchro Summoned. [spoiler=Card Lore: Plasma Kirby]"Kirby" + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monstersIf this card does not declare an attack during the Battle Phase, place 1 Plasma Counter on this card (max. 5). This card gains 200 ATK for each Plasma Counter on it. If this card has 5 Plasma Counters on it, you can Release this card to destroy all cards on the field. [spoiler=Card Lore: Sleep Kirby]"Kirby" + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monstersThis card cannot declare an attack. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you gain 1000 Life Points. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in face-up, you gain 500 Life Points. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the Life Points you gained by this card's effect. PyroWildcat
I just recently learned how Synchro- and Tuner- monsters work, but I'd say you pulled it off quite well here. The effects seem interesting and effective, yet still toned down enough that they look like they could work with the rest of the game. I don't bother with X/X ratings, so I'll just say that these look good and I would very much like to see more.
╬「Selatcia」╬
Kirby should be a higher level, but not bad otherwise. ^_^ 8.5/

touzaikokon
Wow! I'd almost forgotten about this thread! For anyone looking for more cards, my set is posted in the "Completed Sets" forum. (although, now that I think about it, I'm still adding cards...) Anyway, there's a link in my sig if you want to check them out. Also, about Kirby's level, he can adjust it each turn, so that should account for his low level. Besides, who wouldn't want to whip out a 2 star monster that can steal your opponent's high level cards? ;)
LiAM
synchros effects work, i see and like how it requires the monster, so basically, kirby just eats up a level 5 mosntr to sycncho (or 3+2  )

touzaikokon
well, I wouldn't say "complete" so much as, a good number of cards. (32) I'm still planning on adding more, just when I get the time.

ironmanben
I played YU GI OH when it was young way back in the day, so I don't know all about these synchro things. These are still cool though. I'm not rating these until I fully understand synchros, but there is good OCG, pics, and effects.
Xing
A Synchro is a monster that is generally summoned by Tributing a Tuner monster and 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. Then they have effects like most cards.Oh and Both monsters for a Synchro have to be on your field, not your hand. Read this ironmanben!
