If pinned, you must pay points deppending on how many pages just to make popularity fair. I will add a list, it will be the following list, if there are complaints, negociations are available as always (if the limit changes within time, owners will not be charged extra for the amount of pages they currently have, taxes are not contributed to this thread.

 

2-4 pages: 2 points

5-10 pages: 4 points

11+ pages: 5 points
