SephirothKirby
One time, the judge told a kid that the Manticore Loop was illegal. He lost every duel because his entire Exodia deck was based around it. The end.

Guest PikaPerson01
Er' date=' that ruling is correct.[/quote'] No it's not. http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/faqs/cardfaqs/default.aspx?first=F&last=H If you Summoned this card without Tribute and then “Skill Drain” is later activated, the ATK and DEF are no longer halved. If “Skill Drain” is later destroyed, the ATK and DEF remain 2800/2000.

I don't remember whether that ruling applies in the TCG. I'm fairly sure that UDE didn't carry over the ridiculous Rampart Blaster ruling, though. Anyhow, the Rainbow Dragon thing isn't BKSS. It has a perfectly logical reason that is only confounded in the TCG because it was not known at the time of translation that Rainbow Dragon's title would be important. Azure
I was having a duel were we had 5 turns to win, or if nobody did the highest lifepoints won. So he used all his spells and trap cards up trying to make his life points higher I had Destiny Hero - Defender in face down defence mode and draining sheild face down also. It was the fourth turn (my turn) I ended and then my opponent said that was it the duel was over...........WE HADN'T EVEN PLAYED THE HOLE OF TURN 5!!! I was so p***ed off about that when he started saying I was rubbish when just 5 minutes ago I beat him when he got his life points up to 32,000 and I still won. So I think I was the better duelist. Akira
Fortunately, the judges at our locals are pretty wise. There's no point what so ever in playing if you're going to get misjudged unfairly, in my opinion, especially when you've paid entry money and are competing seriously for prizes. You basically had played the whole of Turn 5; nothing happened during it, because your friend would simply end his turn without attacking.

From what I have read, the actual complaint in this case was that the opponent had gone first; therefore, UltimateDestiny13 only took four turns. I suppose the indignation is born in the fact that victory may have been possible on Turn 5 if a card such as Smashing Ground had been drawn. Final Countdown takes ten of each player's turns to win, for a total of twenty turns.

Spiff!
I had a totally BS ruling handed to me once. TDGS Sneaks.Final Round.I think i was 2W/2L. He had a Goyo out.He attacked my Mind Protector.I activate Telepathic Power. One of us,cant remember who, shouts Judge.I argue that since it is destroyed, and does touch the grave,i can activate it.Judge says no. Guess why. Mind Protector is not a Psychic-Type Monster.According to him. i missed out on a possible top 8.
werewolfjedi
because of a mis-wording on the net, I had to face a yubel that got sent to the grave by discard. still took care of it easy though, I had 3 monster killers in my hand.
