Northern California hardly gets any. Southern California would be really rare! It hasn't snowed here in N. California in years.

 

You just need to go east 100 miles or so to Utah, then it's snowboarding day every day!

I sometimes go to lake Tahoe, and it always snows there.

I don't want to convert cms to inches, but the biggest around here was around 0,0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 in the last 10.000 years at least.

And something off topic:

 

last year, we had the first eartquake reported in Paraguay!, it was around 1.0 Ritcher scale
