it's cool, but you should let red-eyes attack during the turn you summon it. i mean, you're using 2+ cards (ritual spell and 1+ monsters) just to get the ritual monster on the field and tributing him for red-eyes. that's a -2 move if you summon red-eyes from your deck for a 2400 atk monster that can't even attack this turn. -3 if you summon him from your hand. letting him attack will not make him broken. heck, i'd say add 1 good effect in there to make him better. idk...something like when he's summoned, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field or something like that.
