~Shore
OK, this was incredibly hard and idk how goodly well I did cuz I did a complexicated effect and idk if I worded everything completely right but here goes. Btw the first one is a Continuous Spell because you can keep Dynasty Heir out for a long time unlike with the Trap, but they can lead to the same outcome. This card can only be activated when you have 2000 Life Points or less. Select one monster on the field. Destroy all monsters on the field and in your opponent's Deck that have the same attribute as the selected monster. During the End Phase, search your Graveyard for one monster with the same attribute as the selected monster and Special Summon it. When that monster is Special Summoned, place 1 Dynasty Counter on it. The selected monster's name is treated as Dynasty Heir. When this card is on the field, all monsters with the same type or attribute as Dynasty Heir are destroyed. When this card is on the field you can remove 1 Dynasty Counter from a monster you control to remove from play all monsters in your Graveyard with the same attribute as Dynasty Heir. You must then send this card and Dynasty Heir to the Graveyard. Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. The attack is negated and all cards on the field and in you're opponent's Deck with the same attribute as the attacking monster are destroyed. During the End Phase, select one monster in your opponent's Graveyard and Special Summon it to your field. The selected monster's name is treated as Dynasty Heir. All monsters with the same type or attribute as Dynasty Heir are destroyed. During your next Main Phase you must tribute Dynasty Heir to remove from play all monsters in your opponent's Graveyard with the same attribute as Dynasty Heir. image credz: http://www.comingsoon.net/nextraimages/pirates2set2large.jpg OMG this is intense

Hexanort
this is a hard task but i managed to do it, here it is[spoiler=lore] Each time your opponent activate a Spell Cards place 1 Death Counter on this card. Each time you activate a Spell Cards, pay Life Points equal than number of Death Counter on this card times 100. If the number of Death Counter on this card is 13 or more, you can Remove all Death Counter on this card and toss a coin. If the result are Head, you win the Duel. If the result are tail, inflict damage to your Life Points equal than number of Death Counter removed from this card x100. [spoiler=lore] You can only activate this card during your Main Phase. If this card is activated, this card is Treated as monster card (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 3/ ATK ?/DEF ?) and Special Summoned to your Monster Card Zone in Defense Position (This card is also Treated as Trap Card). This card original ATK and DEF is equal than number of monster card(s) on your Graveyard when you activate this card x100. Each time this card destroy a monster on your opponent's field by battle, place 1 Death Counter on this card. Increase this card's ATK by 100 for each Death Counter on this card. SushiTheLegend
After tinkering around, I finally came up with an effect for the trap version, I do hope you enjoy this. [align=center] Dark Room BindingThis card can only be activated if you control a face-up DARK monster. You can select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and equip this card to it. A monster equipped with this card cannot declare an attack and has it's ATK reduced to 0. Dark Room BindingThis card can only be activated if a DARK monster you control is selected as an attack target. Select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and switch control of the selected monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent must attack the selected monster. Any damage involving the selected monster while this card remains face-up is reduced to 0.
