Just because they are banned, doesn't mean they have done things to change the forum in the past

 

'Member of _____ for the Month of _____'

If a person is banned, they one, aren't a member, and two, haven't done anything to promote them to be whatever of that month.

 

...What if it's a requested ban, huh?

 

What part of "if the person is BANNED" do you not get?

 

No. I'm saying if they did a phenomenal even, BUT later that month requested a ban.

Some might ban themeselves due to them needing some time off. But they do wish to return, so your point is false

Simple, turn off the computer. Anyway, a person that is banned, cannot be nominate for accepted for an award.
