[spoiler=Effect]You can Special Summon this card from your hand by returning 3 "Volcanic" monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by battle as long there are 3 or more Pyro-Type monsters in your Graveyard. During all your Standby Phases, return 1 "Volcanic" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck and increase this cards ATK by 700. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, send all cards on the field and in both players hands to the Graveyard and both players draw 5 new cards.

[spoiler=Other]Holo'd by me, credit for holo sheets goes to Dark Rose and hobbes96.

If you are going to say that something is wrong with my card's OCG, then point it out. If you do end up saying OCG is wrong and NOT pointing it out, I will neg rep you.

Ah... Good to be back... I'm usually here making cards (albeit, without images so as not to have "complete" cards), but I do occasionally pop in for productive critique (that is, if that is all I am known for right now).

Anyway... This looks to be an interesting card; a new "Volcanic" monster. "Volcanic" monsters were most definitely intriguing to me when they first came out in Force of the Breaker. ...Ahem, I do seem to be losing myself... This card, powerful as it may be, may need some tweaking before I can call it complete.

Ratings:

Effect: 7.5/10 (Wow... This effect looks to be very powerful, but to be honest, its a little too powerful... This card quickly rids opponents of any opportunities should the result be in VVM's favor. 3 or more Pyro-Types in the Graveyard for battle invulnerability is too much for an easy-to-Summon card. Also, "Volcanic Void Magician" doesn't follow the archetype's trend of Direct Damage, replacing it with a lackluster "ATK gain" effect that can not only leave the opponent to strike, but also leaving VVM vulnerable to destruction. The last effect, in contrast to the overpowered first effect and underpowered second effect, is the card's breaking point. There are cards that use that effect, but for overpowered cards are equally hard-to-accomplish limits. My suggestion for limiting the card is putting in "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 3 "Volcanic" monsters in your Graveyard from play." at the beginning rather than the weak limit that has been implemented. I also suggest replacing the ATK gain effect with an effect that causes damage to the opponent [maybe... allow it so you can deal 500 damage to the opponent for each monster on the field or cards in your opponent's hand, but not being able to attack that turn] The invulnerability I will advise you scrap entirely, however... The powerful final effect should only be when the opponent destroys it with a card effect, that much I'll say.)

ATK/DEF: 6.75/10 (I can understand that the card's ATK and DEF is 0 in order to limit it and/or use the ATK gain effect, but without the invulnerability aspect, it's time to give him original ATK/DEF. Give him... 2900 ATK and 2300 DEF perhaps. That way, you can choose to make him an attacker if need be.)

Type: (This may not have an impact on your final score, but...it does bother me that you made a Spellcaster-Type "Volcanic" monster when mainly all "Volcanic" monsters are of the Pyro-Type.)

Image: (No impact yes, but shouldn't "Volcanic" monsters have a more fiery, explosive, incandescent beast-like structure and visage to them? ...I'm just saying...)

Grammar: 8.5/10 (I guess I should be careful where I tread... Threat of defamation is trouble... Okay, while you do mostly use correct grammar, "new cards" isn't a term used in the effects of monsters. Also, "all your Standby Phases" [are belong to us] should be "each of your Standby Phases" and "and increase this card's ATK by 700" should be "and this card gains 700 ATK". With grammar revisions, the effect will resemble the below effect.)

Grammar Revised Effect: "You can Special Summon this card from your hand by returning 3 "Volcanic" monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by battle as long there are 3 or more Pyro-Type monsters in your Graveyard. During each of your Standby Phases, return 1 "Volcanic" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck and this card gains 700 ATK for each "Volcanic" monster returned to your Deck by this effect. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, send all cards on the field and in both players hands to the Graveyard and both players draw 5 cards."

Overall: 7.5/10 (Good to see another "Volcanic" monster, but I'm not sure I can truly call it such... This card will definitely shape up once measures are taken.)

Is too good. Too means a limited card, being limited maybe, is very powerful. Destroy field and hands and draw 5 cards...only for this reason, a lot of people would abused of the cards. And isn´t hard to summon. Too good = too powerful = Overpowered. But is too beautiful xD

9.5/10

I love the fact how people here deem ANY card that has field nuke in it "overpowered", even when you need to use crappy cards to get it out =/

No offense, but most of the people here don't know what "overpowered" means.

The only people that gave good fixes here were Demented and Blitzkrieg98 (who was still kinda wrong).

demented always gives good fixes. i don't give fixes, 'cause i usually screw them up in some ridiculous way that i could have prevented had i taken more time to think.

and this card is not op'ed.
