You claim to have evidence of tea.leaf's private message, but how so? Not even the admin has the right to view private messages, and there's no such thing as a "PM Log". Besides, what's the point in a PRIVATE messaging system if the messages aren't even private? If private messages were tracked and logged, then Albus would have been caught long ago trafficking hentai.

I told you, it was a financial decision. Bloodrun wanted to get control of TeaCorp, so he had Falling Pizza assassinate its CEO.

...more seriously, YCMaker and Falling Pizza kind of sort of have met each other in real life. He could easily just - with Falling's permission - look at Falling's computer screen.

The two of them could well be conspiring against tea together. Everything is a possibility.

Because the only way to do that would be to hack into Tea's account and send the message to his own account from Tea's account. And the only way to do that would be to either break into Tea's house or to edit her password. And he doesn't live anywhere near Tea. And the edited password would be obvious' date=' since he would have no way of changing it back to what it used to be.

 

Don't give me the "A mod wouldn't do such a thing" rubbish, because it's known that FP has a grudge against tea, and with power inevitably comes corruption.

 

Considering that this plan is clearly completely unfeasible and that Falling Pizza is not known to be mentally retarded, it seems highly unlikely that he would embark on such a ridiculous scheme, especially for so small a reward.

 

The two of them could well be conspiring against tea together. Everything is a possibility.

 

If YCMaker had enough emotional interest in the forums and their users to bother holding grudges and framing posters, don't you think he might post a tiny bit more often?

I love how Tea's word is taken as absolute truth, and anyone else's is probably just a lie.

 

Did you know that the IP address of each post made and message sent is logged, and can be viewed by anyone at the level of Super Moderator or higher? Simply logging in as Tea wouldn't even work; Falling would also need to use Tea's own IP address. And to do that, he would need to be using her computer. And to do that, he would need a round-trip plane flight and the ability to break into her house.

 

Which is more likely: that happened, or Tea swore? You know, Tea, who is not exactly without a history of such antics? >_>

It was Tea.Leaf. Do you honestly think they are lying? I mean; I liked tea.leaf myself, but that still doesn't deface the fact that she/he probably did do something that they felt she/he needed to be banned for. >_>

I lol'd so hard at the bolded text that I could barely even think to myself.

 

YCMaker and Falling Pizza have Admin powers, Admins are the only ones able to view EVERYONE's PMs.

 

The fact that they would crack down on this one offence is quite wierd, but wierd enough that it makes sense.

 

What Albus did was not against the forums or it's Staff Team...what Tea Leaf did, however, is another matter intirely. Plotting and swearing against the Staff and Forums is something that cannot be overlooked.

 

In fact, i wouldn't be surprised if YCMaker only came online just to check the PMs and then discuss each one with Falling Pizza. While Falling Pizza's job is to be the main Super Moderator.

I'm not saying you did and I'm not saying you didn't but the fact is: quotes can't be forged.

 

If that's your defence' date=' then you are defending the same side that Crab. Even though, yes, quotes [b']can[/b] be forged. I highly doubt that Falling Pizza or YCMaker would have the motivation to even plot against anyone on the forums.

My point was that screenshots can be edited, audio files can be edited, quotes can be edited...

 

There isn't any "absolute" proof they could present. But common sense says they aren't lying. It was tea.leaf.

Albus didn't take his violations and send them straight to the Falling Pizza. There's a fundamental difference between YCMaker going through every PM anyone has ever sent and YCMaker looking at one specific PM that Falling Pizza told him about; one is groping blindly in a dark room to try to grab a mouse that may or may not be there, and the other is walking to the middle of a brightly lit room, where a mouse has been tied to the floor with a big neon sign pointing directly at it saying "THE MOUSE IS RIGHT HERE" in huge pink letters.

 

Everything you see on the internet is composed of long strings of numbers. As such, quotes can be forged, images can be forged, messages can be forged, even entire users can be forged. If he posts a claim, you say he's lying; if he posts a quote, you say he's forged it; if he were to post an image, you'd say he photoshopped it; and if he were to invite you over to his house and show you his computer screen, you'd say that he somehow wrote the message himself and made it look like Tea did. In fact, you already did.

 

To what lengths do you think Mr. Aloof Admin is willing to go to frame some user on the boards he doesn't post on anyhow in order to give said user a 3-day ban for swearing when said user swears all the time anyhow? Honestly, there are legitimate complaints that could be made about the forums, but these get lost in the flood of idiots creating the most ridiculously elaborate conspiracy theories.

The topic title shows the mindset of these fools perfectly. They're going to remain resolutely convinced that their epileptic trees are the abolute truth of the universe, regardless of whatever rational arguments or obvious facts happen to exist.

Anyway, I do not see why you defend someone who believes himself/herself as more superior than YCMaker and Falling Pizza. She is just one person, why do you defend him/her?

 

One:: Tea Leaf is nothing more than just a stubborn, egotistical, and very immature student who hates to loose. Well, guess what, she's lost now and she most likely will never win. That's the thing about YCMaker and Falling Pizza, they don't interact enough with the members here to have a motivation to win or lose against us. They do their job without hesitation because they actually have lives and they use their lives to give us all an entertaining site so that we can shut our little mouthes up about all the complaints like "I'm bored" or "There's nothing to do." Well, they made this site. Like it or not.
