It's an awesome card, but it's effect seems....somewhat...mean.... and you're not full of yourself either. Being modest doesn't make you any better at Ygo. Well, if you aren't modest enough, you are a YGO-ASSHL and nobody wants to play with you. That means you had no one to get good cards from, and nobody to use them with. Even the NPCs on World Championship 2008 Think your an Assshole and don't want to duel with you. You sit in your room alone with two decks running from one side of the room to the other yelling "haha you suck n00b learn to play" and run to the other side again and say "you will never beat me i have the heart of the cards" yada yada yada. This could also be a good example. While putting it at 1 removes all risk, it could work at 2 since you would normally only spin 1 card per turn unless you run fish. If fish were that good of a type, this would be best at 1, but since this isn't the case the only way to spin 2 cards is when this is first summoned, so it could easily work at 2.
