ok here are the current 4 sign cards

this is becoming an intresting pack for me 2 make the most recent card was made as i was thinking about negative level monsters well i say last but i mean first on the list

The first two are HORRIBLE. Pics are pathetic. When you state other cards in a card effect, you need quotes around them.

"Stardust Dragon" for example. You cannot have a negative level.

 

For Magma Ruler Dragon- As long as this card remains face up on the field, this card is also treated as a EARTH monster. Once per turn, you can remove from play a FIRE monster to destroy all face up non-Dragon-Type monsters. If you activate this effect, you cannot activate it again until after 5 of your End Phases have passed.

 

For Storm Ruler Dragon-As long as this card remains face up on the field, is is also treated as a WATER monster. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 WIND monster to destroy all face up non-Dragon-Type monsters on the field. If you activate this effect, you cannot activate this effect again until after 5 of your End Phases have passed.
