When this card is summoned put all cards in your hand to your deck then you draw 3 cards. As long as this card is on the field this card gains 700 ATK for each card in your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of spell or trap cards. When a monster is special summoned on your opponents side of the field put 1 "Exodia counter" on this card by removing any number of 'Exodia counters" on this card Search your deck for a card that includes Forbidden in its card name.

I've seen lot's of "Exodia" cards. There is only 2 Exodias: Exodia the Forbbiden one and Exodia Necros

counter = Counter

Fix:

This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards. If a monster is Special Summoned on your opponent's field, place 1 Exodia Counter on this card. By removing any number of 'Exodia counters" from this card, search your Deck for a card that includes "Forbidden" in it's name.

You can't remove Counters from a card your opponent controls. So that last effect is null and void.
