Okay..well, for starters, if you create a card, you should try to make it realistic, including a realistic effect, especially if you're posting in the realistic card forum.

 

Cards in Yu-Gi-Oh cannot be "paralyzed". An acceptable change might be:

 

All EARTH monster(s) that are on the field when this card is Summoned cannot attack or change their battle positions for as long as they remain on the field. Then, after 3 turns have passed, those monster(s) are destroyed.

 

With said effect, I suppose the effect itself isn't that bad, but it is unfair attribute-hosing. Also, 2000 ATK is too much for a level 4 with that effect, make it 1900 or less.

I guess the 2000 ATK is okay sense the effect applies to the card itself, Although this card could easily be eliminated I guess its okay 5/10
