Its just a couple of coloured lines in the middle. I think you could get something better. The correct effect should be, "Tribute 1 FIRE monster on your side of the field and 1 Dragon-type monster on your side of the field to Special Summon 1 level 8 Dragon-type monster from your hand, deck, or graveyard." The card is really simple, and tributing FIRE monster hasn't got anything to do with dragons even though they spit fire. Your OCG is also pretty bad.
