It only has 7 targets - four copies in the form of your least useful Lightlords (which Charge tutors anyhow), and three in the form of Necro Gardna, which is dead in your hand and conflicts with Imperial Iron Wall. Even a single ROTA would make little sense; maxing it out is just ridiculous. Of course, you also took Ehren and made her Irish, which is just awesome. ...oh, and what Chevy said.
