In order:

 

1st:

 

"While this card is on the field, all monsters with "Necro" in their name gain 400 ATK and DEF. In addition, no monsters can be removed from play and all monsters with "Necro" in their names that were removed from play return to their respective owners' Graveyards."

 

2nd:

 

"This card can only be activated when there is a face-up "Necro Incarnate" on your side of the field. Tribute 1 "Necro Incanate" to Special Summon 1 "Necroking, the Blasphemer" from your hand or deck. During the end of the turn that this card was activated, the controller of this card must discard their entire hand."

 

3rd:

 

"If a face-up monster with "Necro" in its name is designated as an attack target, Special Summon 1 "Decoy Token" (1 Str./ Fiend / DARK / ATK 0 / DEF 0 ). The target of the attack becomes "Decoy Token".

 

4th:

 

"If your opponent attacks a monster with "Necro" in its name, the attack is negated and your opponent's Battle Phase ends."
