I don't know much about Code Geass (besides its theme song, I love the opening song, lol) so I don't tend to know who C.C. is or what she can do. So I can't really rate how well the effect matches the character, but overall through my eyes its really well put together. Make the "Geass" spell cards you talk about. lol.
