The first sentence needs to be changed to one of the following: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 DARK monsters. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 3 DARK monsters. Then, I'm going to try to interperet this... When this card is Summoned, all other face-up DARK and FIRE monsters gain 600 ATK and DEF, and all face-up LIGHT and WATER monsters lose 600 ATK and DEF. Basic stats increasing was in first Yu-Gi-Oh! booster introduced.BALANCE : 8/10 This is card is not overpowered at all.
