These are my new monster's that require a spell card to summon:

This card is used to Special Summon "Azure Cloud". This card is removed from play.

DEF: 1000

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Azure Sky". When this card is Special Summoned in this way, Inflict 3000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points each time it destroys one of your opponent's monsters and sends it to the Graveyard. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally).

 

Red Lava Pit

Normal Spell Card

This card is used to Special Summon "Magma Lizard". This card is removed from play.

 

Magma Lizard

Attr: Fire

Type: Reptile/Effect

LV:2

ATK:1200

DEF: 800

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Red Lava Pit".

If this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly, Inflict an additional 1000 points of direct damage to his/her life points. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally).

 

Glass Window

Normal Spell Card

This card is used to Special Summon "Translucent Statue". This card is removed from play.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Glass Window". When this card is sent to the Graveyard, Gain control of every face-down card on your opponent's side of the field until the end phase of the 2nd turn after this card was Special Summoned.

 

Dark Piano

Normal Spell card

This card is used to Special Summon "Music Maker - Synthos". This card is removed from play.

Type: Spellcaster/Effect

DEF: 750

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Dark Piano". When this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly, select and activate 1 effect:

• Destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field
  

• Your opponent must randomly select a card in his/her hand and remove it from play.
  

 

Dragon's wingblade

Normal Spell card

This card is used to Special summon "Wingblade Dragon". This card is removed from play.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Dragon's Wingblade".

This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle if there are at least 3 cards in your Graveyard.

 

Summon's Incantation

Normal Spell card

You can only activate this card if you have 5 or more spell card's in your graveyard and no cards removed from play. Negate your opponent's card effect's involving adding cards from the deck to the hand.

 

Painful Mind

Normal Trap Card

You can only activate this card when the effect of a face-up "Summon's Incantation" resolves. Remove 4 Spell card's in your Graveyard from play. Negate your opponent's card effect's involving discarding cards from the hand.

Once you have generated your card, right-click and save your card and then open it into pant.net, gimp, paint or any program make the card the size you want and then go to file and then print.
