●The True Riku● Posted January 6, 2009 Report Share Posted January 6, 2009 This is my Signer-Dragon and I wanna know what you think[spoiler=Kelvin Ice Dragon] [spoiler=Effect]1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.When this card is Synchro Summonned succesfully each player discards their hand and draws the same number of cards they discarded. Both players show their hand, if both players have exactly the same amount of Spell Cards in their hand then increase this cards ATK by 400 until the End Phase of this turn.When this card is destroyed as a result of battle you can pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon monsters used in the Synchro Summon of this card.
