This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 4 WATER monsters in your Graveyard from play while you control no monsters. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you cannot Summon any monsters except by this card's effect. During your End Phase, Special Summon 1 monster removed from play by this card's effect. When a monster you control is destroyed by battle, remove it from play instead.
