The effect is as follows (just in case you can't read it due to its small size:

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing one EARTH, one FIRE, one WIND and one EARTH monster from your side of the field or your hand. When this monster attacks a face-down defense position monster, destroy the monster immediately without flipping it face-up or calculating damage. You can remove one monster in your graveyard from play to prevent any monster with that attribute from attacking this monster. This monster will also be unaffected by all effects used by one monster of that attribute as long as it remains face-up on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, it is unaffected by your opponent's Spell Cards. At any time during the duel, you may change this card's type from Warrior to Spellcaster and vice-versa.
