Big Bad Pennar
Des Impact![spell/Quickplay]Pay 500 Life Points and destroy 1 "Des" Monster you Control, then Destroy any number of cards on the field up to the level of the Destroyed "Des" Monster and both players takes 500 Damage for each card destroyed this way Link to comment
galesonic
its both balanced and overpowered at the same time (if thats possible) but it really depends on the level for it to be overpowerd. other than that its good 9.2/10 Link to comment
Umbra
By the logic of Japanese Kanji for card names, it's possible to destroy Doomkaiser Dragon / Assault Mode with this card, pretty much wipe your opponent's field, do 4000 damage to both players, bring back a normal Doomkaiser, and hope your opponent doesn't have Gorz. WIN Link to comment
Cody Frost
To me, its good. Both players take the damage and that balances the card, but the destruction varies...so yeah, OPed or Balanced (It's a mix). Great card. 8.9/10 Link to comment
Dramatic Crossroad
It's a bit too much , balance it's effect by either: - decrease the damage;- increase the cost - "level" could be "for each 2 level stars" or somethin' like that; The way it is right now it's a Field Nuke + Ring of Destruction in 1 card. Anyway , intersting concept. 8/10 Link to comment
Big Bad Pennar
@ Umbra: Actually, It's how many cards you destroy that dictates the Damage(Since you can choose how many cards you destroy up to the level of the "Des" Monster), rather than the monster's Level, so you have to Destroy 8 cards to get the card to inflict 4000 to the opponent and 4500 to yourself(There is a LP cost with this) so the OTK Fails because it Requires your opponent to do something in a way, I didn't Realize Doomkaiser could get hit with this , I thought the Highest Level Target was Des Volstigath or what ever his name was @ Batteryman: It is Balanced as is, because Both players takes the Damage and it depends on how many cards you destroy Link to comment
Cody Frost
I guess its just a version of Envoy of the End...but much weaker since it can't destroy EVERYTHING. Umbra makes a point but I still see some kind of OPness. Oh well. It's either that or my headache (No I haven't take nightquil...yet...) Link to comment

Chaos Impact™
It's a mixture of greatness and badness, it's got a cool effect but is overpowered depending on the card you choosegrade B Link to comment

Actually, it has to destroy Exactly 7-8 of your opponent's cards to screw your opponent, your opponent has 6 or less, you have to destroy some of your own cards to proceed with the OTK, unless you destroy one of your Zombies, you can still summon with DKD's effect, if you destroy 2 or more, you're screwed, which if he has 9 or more, your opponent will have cards you have to clear out of the way [spoiler=some Developer's notes]Notes: BTW, this card was created to assist my overpowered Des cards, which are lvl 3, 1500 ATK wimps that Special summon 3 (and only 3) of it's twin from anywhere by summoning it or flipping it face-up(Except special summon that is) and can fuse to create a 3000 ATK Pot of greed Link to comment

Umbra
I'll show you an example. Let's say both players have 8000 LP. You have a DKD/AB on the field, a Mezuki, and two Zombie Masters. You also have Zombie World out, and your opponent has six cards on the field, one of them being Goyo. You use this card, destroying DKD and wiping your opponent's field. You have 4500 LP, opponent has 4000. You summon normal DKD by AB's effect, revive your opponent's Goyo and swing for game with all of your Zombies. WIN Link to comment
Big Bad Pennar
(The people that put broken on the poll, Lrn2judge, This card is a balanced as is) actually, it's the opponent that has 4500 around because you take 500 more damage than the opponent due to cost Link to comment
Umbra
I meant 5000, sorry. But you still win the Duel. Link to comment
