Skarlet
When a Winged-Beast or Fairy-type monster you control is destroyed, Place a number of Lightfeather counters on an unocupied monster space equal to half that monster's Level. Zone's with Lightfeather counters on them, can not contain monsters. Once per turn you can remove all Lightfeather counters from a monster zone to Special Summon a Fairy or Winged-Beast type monster with a Level equal to, or lower then the number of Lightfeather counters removed from that zone, in that zone. http://media.photobucket.com/image/anime%20light/asks/Anime%20Girl/88.jpg?o=
Dramatic Crossroad
1st - LightFeater I suppose.2nd - Effect - Really like it ! OCG suggestion:Each time a Winged Beast or Fairy-Type monster you control is destroyed, select 1 unocupied Monster card Zone and place "LightFeather Counters" equal to that monster's Level (Monster card Zones with "LightFeather Counters" are treated as ocupied). Once per turn by removing all "LightFeather Counters" from 1 Monster Zone on your field to Special Summon to that Monster Zone 1 Fairy or Winged Beast-Type monster whose level is equal or lower to the number of "LightFeather Counters" removed. Ookami Moriyama
OP. your card is OP. Batteryman AAA is right. it must be something like that, otherwise it's not matching. you lose a LV 2 monster and get a LV 8 monster insted.fix that and everything will be just fine

Spire
A pretty nice quite original effect, with an ok pic. Though I did, however, notice one slight OCG mistake: unocupied = unoccupied Good card overall.
