I would say take out the Spirit cards.

Also, don't use Gilasaurus, it helps your opponent too much. And it feels like you're running all the cards that take control of opponent's monsters to compensate for that.

I like the idea for the deck though. Just needs to be faster.

 

This puts you at 43 cards though, so try to figure out 3 cards to take out if you can.

Mausoleum is for the Spirits.

I'll find a way to get Solemn in, and I only use Gilasaurus because I can keep it in my hand and Special Summon it while there are hardly any cards in the Graveyards. Plane is for tribute fodder.
