3.You can enter up to 5 cards

4.I will Rate each card and sum it up for a final Rate

Start Date:1/12/09

End Date:1/15/09 or 1/17/09 Depends on how many people join

[spoiler=For Tobi80] Captilize Normal Summoned and Set. In the new Ocg you need to saw release not sacrifice but that is not required in this contest.But if you enter another contest be aware of that.Lastly but this is for expert ocg you dont need to say opponents side of the field it could just by Your opponent's field.

 

[spoiler=For X-31 Fighter]Amazing cards no big mistakes.

 

[spoiler=For Cardzrule] You didnt try on making the card good you.First You didnt capitilaze Specail And Summoned.Second the monster is only 4 stars it cant be that strong.Third this isnt serious but add a period at the end.

 

[spoiler=For Son Gopek]For your first card change one into 1.On your third card you forgot the o in opponent.

[spoiler=For Kimeramon's_Rule]Minor mistakes but other than that perfect

 

[spoiler=For galesonic]A lot of spelling mistakes.Some cards are blurry and black backgrounds.

 

[spoiler=For Ned93] Really good cards couldnt find a lot of mistakes.

 

[spoiler=For devo20]Some spelling and capitilazation mistakes.

 

[spoiler=For hawkhunter96]Card didnt make much sense but pretty regular.

If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a Spell Card, you can pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. Each time a Trap Card is activated, put 1 Light Counter on this card (max. 3). You can remove 1 Light Counter from this card to switch the Battle Position of 1 monster on the field. If a Spell or Trap Card is activated, you can remove 1 counter from this card to negate the Spell or Trap Card Effect.

Each time a Spell Card is activated, put 1 Dark Counter on this card (max. 3). Once per turn, you can remove 1 Dark Counter from this card to increase the ATK of this card by 700 until the End Phase. If this card is selected as an attack target, you can remove 2 Dark Counters from this card to negate the attack.

When this card is in the Spell & Trap Card Zone, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster in Attack Position. During your Main Phase 1, you can pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your Spell & Trap Card Zone in face-up Defense Position.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all DARK monsters on field gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, you can pay 700 Life Points to increase the ATK of 1 DARK monster on the field by 1000 until the End Phase. During the Main Phase 1 of your opponent's turn, both players randomly discard 1 card from their hand, inflict 700 damage to both players for each non-DARK monster sent to the Graveyard by this Card's Effect.

If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a Spell Card, increase this card's ATK by 1000 until the End Phase. Each time a Spell or Trap Card is activated, place 1 Hope Counter on this card (max. 7). If the effect of a Spell or Trap Card is activated, you can remove 2 Hope Counters from this card to negate the effect of that Spell or Trap Card. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Hope Counter from this card to switch the Battle Position of 1 monster on the field. If this card is selected as an attack target, remove 2 Hope Counter from this card to negate the attack. If there are no Spell or Trap Cards on the field, remove this card from play.

When i check Ocg i open a window with the Ocg thread and Open a window with the cards and carefully check the ocg and i think that is pretty good idea. Crimison i am ok with judging now but if you want to enter the contest join the club plz

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Veemon" and 2 LIGHT monsters from your field or Graveyard. While this card is face-up on your field, decrease the ATK and DEF of all DARK monsters by 200. Each time you and your opponent activates the effect of a Spell Card, place 1 Shine Counter on this card (Max 5). Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each Shine Counter on it. Remove 1 Shine Counter from this card to increase your Life Points by 300. Remove 2 Shine Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to your field. Remove 3 Shine Counters from this card to draw the top card from your Deck. Remove 4 Shine Counters from this card to destroy 1 Set Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. Remove 5 Shine Counters from this card to remove from play 1 monster your opponent controls.

[spoiler=The Effect]This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

•Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your field. Each time a Spell or Trap Card is destroyed, put 1 Darkness Counter on this card (max. 5). For each Darkness Counter on this card, all DARK monsters on your field gain 100 ATK. Each time a DARK monster is sent to the Graveyard, your opponent takes 100 damage x number of Darkness Counters on this card. If this card is sent to the Graveyard with 5 Darkness Counters on it, add 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand.

As long as this card remains face-up, negate the activation of Spell Cards on your side of the field. Each time a Spell Card's activation is negated, put 1 Negation Counter on this card. During the turn you removed 3 Negation Counters from this card, negate the effect of all effect cards on your opponent's field until your opponent's next Main Phase. You can use this card's effect during either player's turn. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon it to your field by removing from play 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard during your next Standby Phase.

If this card is attacked while in face down defense position destroy the attacking monster This card is not destroyed. This card gains attack equal to half the attacking monsters original attack.
