.Requiem
Seems OP as you can only use it. If you can only use it, place it as a continous spellThere is no downside 4/
Phatt Mann
I based this upon the effect off of Skyscraper 2 - Hero City. Just with adjustments. I try to fix them to your liking.
.Requiem
Skyscraper 2 is that from GX. I checked out Hero city. well it is sort of like that. That card only lets you special summon from the graveyard. I think it is OP has all of zombie and fiends are increased.Fix also just put a downside effect to it Like pay life points to summon it then it would seem little more Balanced. .Requiem
Maybe like 400 or something or summon them in defense and can't switch battle position for 1 turn.
Phatt Mann
Maybe like 400 or something or summon them in defense and can't switch battle position for 1 turn. Not a bad idea. I'll get to that tomorrow.

J-Max
"All face-up" "if you use this effect" Other then that it seems very fair. Sorry for the late reply. I've been busy. 8/
Guest
Even applying to both players this is very overpowered. First, you don't have a restriction for the summoning. Second, you don't have a limit. You could just summon 5 monsters from your graveyard in the same turn and totally swarm your opponent, unless they happen to run fiends and/or zombies in which case they could special summon defenses for themselves. You should definitely limit it to once per turn and probably give it some kind of cost.
J-Max
Good point Brows. Never noticed the lack of a once per turn thing.
