Felix Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 The 40 Hp EVs they were saying to put on aren't really that usefull. It still can't take a hit it's just that with them it has a higher chance at surving particular moves from particular Pokemon which in my opinion is silly when really it should be as fast as possible. With max SPD it has the ability to out run other Weaviles wich I think is more of a benifit than taking a hit that does 96% Damage and with Stone Edge and Spikes flying around in OU, chances are you wont survive it any way.
