You use its effect, summoning another Sea Dragon, and since that se dragon's effect didn't activate yet, you can use it. So, you'll have 3 1800 beatsticks on the field at once. Recommended Change:"Once per turn, by discarding 1 WATER monster from your hand, Special Summon 1 "Sea Dragon" from your hand or deck. You can only activte the effect of 1 "Sea Dragon" per turn."OR"If this card is the only "Sea Dragon" you control, by discarding 1 WATER monster from your hand, Special Summon 1 "Sea Dragon" from your hand or deck."
