The only errors i see are it should be:1 Tuner + 1 or more DARK non-Tuner monsterWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, return 1 monster on your field and 1 monster on your opponent's field to their respective owner's hand. If there is a Dragon Counter on this card, any monsters this card destroys by battle are removed from play. You can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard with "Black Dragon's" in its name to return 1 card on the field to it's controller's hand. Each time you activate a Spell Card with "Seal" in its name, put 1 Seal Counter on this card (max. 5). You can remove 5 Seal Counters from this card to remove from play all monsters in your Graveyard that have "Black Dragon's" in their name.I also thought that when you say +1 or more DARK non-Tuner monster, isn't it supposed to be a Dark Synchro. Here is the OCG fix:When there is a Dragon Counter on this card, you can send this card to the Graveyard and remove from play all cards with 1 or more Dragon Counters. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can remove 1 Dragon Counter and 1 Corruption Counter to Special Summon this card during the End Phase. This card's ATK is equal the number of Dragon Counters on the field x300.I'm not so up to date with the OCG you use for counters but your wording sounds correct.
