Return the selected monster to its controller's hand. -Spell Card: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, when either player activates a Spell Card the controller of that takes 500 points of damage. -Trap Card: As long as this card remains face-up, Trap Cards must be Set face-up before activation. magicmasterp Posted January 20, 2009 Report Share Posted January 20, 2009 Make the discard effect "once per turn" and up the damage done by the second effect to 1000 points (there are other cards that do 1000 damage per spell so its not broken). That should balance it out and give all the effects equal power (unless you wanted it so all the effects could be activated in ONE TURN). There's also an error in the text of the second effect: "-Spell Card: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, when either player activates a Spell Card the controller of that card takes 500 points of damage."
