Not bad. With Dimension Fusion this card is broken though.

For the 1st and 2nd sentence, combine them. Don't make it "Destroy the selected monsters." Do something like "Both players select the monster with the highest ATK on their side of the field and destroy the selected monster.

 

During your next Standby Phase, you can remove from play 2 cards in your hand to add this card to your hand from your Graveyard.

And its not selecting, its being forced, so it should be

Both players Destroy the monsters with the highest ATK on their side of the field

 

also the return to the hand part should be phrased

 

You can remove from play 2 cards in your hand during your next Standby Phase to return this card from the Graveyard to your hand

 

other wise it sounds funny

Agreed I was trying to rephrase it like that. Ya otherwise the OCG is good imo.
