[spoiler=lore] If this card is Summoned, this card swicthed to Defense Position. If this card is selected as attack target by your opponent's monster, you can swicth the attack, to other face-up monster you control. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to take control of 1 Level 4 or below monster on your opponent's field until your next Standby Phase.

Smart, bumping after 24 hours... goood job :)

Secondly, overpowered. Your "Baby" has almost complete battle invulnerability, and has Brain Control (albiet for a dead draw) to any Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls... the fact that the control lasts throughout their turn, plus the direct attacking power, is just icing on the cake. This card is far too strong -- if it doesn't get Limited, it'll be banned.

The second card is nice... good picture and effect, and your OCG is very close. Congrats!

Hey, you're using Duel Masters pics! I remember that game. I used to love playing it.

Some OCG corrections:

"When this card is Summoned, it is changed to Defense Position. When this card is selected as an attack target by your opponent's monster, you can switch the attack to another face-up monster you control. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to take control of 1 Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls, until your next Standby Phase."

-Change 1: There's no question to "if" a monster is Summoned. It's "when."

-Change 2: Real cards use "change" when referring to Battle Position (at least, I think).

-Change 3: Slight grammatical error.

-Change 4: Redundant. Your monsters are usually attacked by your opponent's monsters, so the "opponent's monster" part is implied.

-Underlined Portion: I'm not sure about the OCG of this part. I can't find any of my cards that have a similar effect to that, so I can't confirm it. It looks fine, but I think I recall it being said another way.

-Change 5: Another spelling error.

-Change 6: Another grammatical error.

-Change 7: Newer OCG allows you to say "attack your opponent directly." Makes things shorter.

-Change 8: "Lower," not "below.

-Change 9: Newer OCG. Makes things shorter. I also added a comma because that's how it appears on the new cards.

That's it, really. Nothing major.

-Pic looks great. Fits name.

-As far as I understand them, Psychic-Type monsters usually have effects that have a Life Point cost. These effects also seem to involve other Psychic-Type monsters. Just saying.

-The effect is overpowered. It's basically invulnerable to attack. You might want to tack a condition to that. Here's a suggestion to fix this problem and make it more like a Psychic-Type monster: "When this card is selected as an attack target, you can pay 1000 Life Points to switch the attack to another Psychic-Type monster you control."

-Further, this card can take control of your opponent's Level 4 or lower monsters at little cost. The least you can do here is tack on another Life Point cost, like this: "Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can pay 800 Life Points and discard 1 card from your hand to take control of 1 Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls, until your next Standby Phase."

Other than that, good job!

I think I'll give it a solid 8.5/10. Points off for being overpowered, but it's still good.

Yeah, I'm not going to rate the Equip Card. I've already spent a lot of time on this review.

Now I need to start making some monsters using Duel Masters pics!

I can't find any pictures. Could you tell me where to find them?
